Region 31 Champions
Kim
(Tenor), Jenn (Lead), Nicky (Bass) & Caroline
(Baritone) have been singing together
since October 2006 but are not exactly
novices. Comprising 3 barbershop judges
and 3 quartet gold medallists, Flaunt!
have a total of 63 years of barbershop
experience between them. They are looking
forward to representing Phoenix in several
competitions next year.
In
their spare time they are respectively
a Chief Nursing
Officer, Maths Teacher,
Education Case Worker & Sales Support
Specialist with 6 children, 1 dog and
a cat between them.
They
are currently working hard building
up their varied
repertoire and are looking
for opportunities to sing in a variety
of venues. They would love to sing for

Hi, we’re RICOCHET! the quartet who love to laugh, get a buzz out
of entertaining and manage to combine the two quite easily whether
it be with each other or an audience. Jane (Lead), Ally (Bass), Sue
(Tenor) and Cathy (Baritone) have been singing together as a quartet
since Dec 05. As you will see from the photos, we like to throw ourselves
into a performance idea 100%. The
photo was taken at the Irish Association of Barbershop Singers International
quartet competition in Oct 06, there was no way we were going
to do songs
from the ‘Wizard
of Oz’ unless
|

it was in character! Dorothy, Lion,Tinman
and Scarecrow don’t come out
of the wardrobe on every performance
(thank goodness the make up takes so
long!) but what does are four women
who will give a performance full of
variety and fun. With songs including ‘we
go together’ from Grease, ‘Life
could be a dream’ and ‘Lean
on me’ we’re confident
we can provide entertainment to suit
most people’s tastes. So
